  • A published site — your catalogue live at yourname.cloudcat.me
  • Share a selection — a private link or PDF for a collector, prices optional
  • Sell & invoice — record a sale, raise a PDF invoice, track it to paid
  • Exhibition walls — lay works out to scale and share the arrangement
  • Exhibition history — shows, installation shots, and the works that hung in them
  • Archive-quality media — originals up to 100 MB, served resized over a CDN
  • AI image analysis — duplicate warnings and installation-shot matching
  • Public API — read your catalogue into any site you already have

I have pricing questions…

Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Both the 14-day trial and the Free plan start without one. You only enter card details when you decide to pay.
What happens when the 14-day trial ends?
Nothing is charged. Your workspace stops accepting edits until you pick a plan — Free included — but nothing is thrown away: your published site stays up for another 30 days, and your catalogue is kept for 90 days. Pick a plan inside that window and everything comes back exactly as you left it.
What's the difference between starting Free and starting a trial?
Free is permanent: 25 works, no card, for as long as you like. The trial is 14 days with room for 500 works so you can try the paid features — custom domain, visitor analytics — before deciding. Start on Free and upgrade later and the paid subscription begins straight away; there's no second trial.
Can I change plans or cancel whenever I want?
Yes, from the billing page, without asking us. Cancelling is self-serve and you keep the plan you paid for until the end of that period. Moving down a plan is the same, with one condition: your catalogue has to fit inside the smaller plan's limits first.
Is paying yearly cheaper?
Yes — 17% off, so ten months' money for twelve. You can switch between monthly and yearly later.
What happens if I hit my plan's limits?
Nothing is deleted and nothing goes dark. You're stopped from adding more of whatever ran out — works, images or storage — until you either free some up or move up a plan.
How do gallery accounts work?
We set them up by hand. Tell us about the gallery and we'll open a workspace with a 4,000-work trial, where your whole roster and your staff work side by side — each artist with their own catalogue.
