Archive-quality images
Your archive stays print-quality, never web-compressed. Keep the original scan (up to 100MB per image) in Cloudflare's secure R2 buckets.
Collectors see a resized version sized to their device, served through Cloudflare's global CDN; the full-resolution original stays accessible only to you.
And when you add a photograph that matches one already in your catalogue, CloudCat flags it — so the same work never quietly lands twice.
Invoices, raised straight from the sale
CloudCat is an invoicing system too. Turn a sale into an invoice in a click. Line items pull from the works sold, with room to add anything else by hand. Numbers are generated for you, in multiple currencies, with Net 7/15/30/60 payment terms and due dates worked out automatically.
Seller and buyer details (business name, VAT and registration numbers, bank details for payment) are snapshotted onto each invoice, then exported as a clean PDF. Track every invoice from draft to sent to paid, all tied to the work and the buyer on file.
Track every edition and multiple
Most people track editions in a spreadsheet, where an edition of 30 is 30 rows with nothing tying them together. CloudCat keeps the run and its prints as one record, so selling one piece updates what's left of the whole edition.

Lay works out on a virtual wall, save the arrangement, and share it as an exhibition mock-up. Galleries see exactly what you intended, at scale and in proportion.
The record of every show you've had.
Keep a proper exhibition history alongside the catalogue: each show with its venue, run dates, curator and type — solo, group, duo or art fair — the works that hung in it, and the installation photographs. The provenance a serious archive is built on, kept in step with the works themselves.
Upload your installation shots and CloudCat recognises which of your works appear in each frame, suggesting the links for you to confirm. A photograph of a crowded wall becomes a set of connected records, without you matching a single piece by hand.

- Export your whole catalogue (works, invoices, sales, contacts and every original image) in open formats (JSON, plus your original image files), straight from the app at any time, and delete your account and everything in it whenever you like. Cancel and your data stays downloadable for 90 days before it's removed, so you always leave with your own copy. No lock-in.
