• Sales are now a report rather than a list of cards. Filter by period — it opens on the current month — by whether a sale has been invoiced, or by who bought and who sold; each line expands to the full receipt, from list price through discount, commission and costs to what was left; and the foot totals every currency separately.
• Download the report as a CSV, with every column optional: tick only the figures you are reconciling, and your choice is remembered.
• Galleries can print a statement for an artist — the sales in the period, captioned and thumbnailed as on an invoice, with the settlement spelled out and totals per currency.

• Items can now carry costs — framing, production, whatever you spent. Record them as you go, on anything in your catalogue, whether or not it ever sells.
• When an item does sell, its costs come off the sale, and the receipt shows what you actually cleared rather than leaving you to work it out afterwards.
• Selling through a gallery, each cost also records who fronted the money and the share you ultimately bear — set independently of the commission, so an agreement can split the sale 60/40 and the framing 50/50. Costs are then deducted or reimbursed the same way on the invoice.
• You can also invoice a gallery for your net proceeds. A sale carrying a commission can be billed to the party that took it — the commission-net amount and the cost settlement as two separate lines, with each sale line printing how it was arrived at: gross, costs off the top, commission.

• Draft invoices no longer count towards the outstanding amount on the payments dashboard. Nothing is owed until you send it.

• Galleries can now take items in on consignment. A consignment records the parties, the run, the commission split and a schedule of items, and prints as a signable agreement PDF — price, commission and net for every item, with a total per currency.

• The item status “Consigned” is now “Consigned out”, which is all it ever meant. Work you hold on consignment stays available and carries an agreement instead.
• Item tiles on an exhibition or consignment now show the same sold and reserved dots as the items grid.
